We provide tracked shipping worldwide. However, due to the nature of shipping operations, delays are sometimes unavoidable, and all our shipping times are estimates. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order cutoff time: (GMT-05:00 PM) Eastern-standard time (New York) ; after this time, we do not process orders received on that day. For orders processed after the cutoff time, one day will be added to the estimated delivery time.

Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days, executed Monday through Friday. After this time, the shipment of the order is transferred to the courier company and prepared for transportation.

Transportation time: 5 to 9 business days, delivery from Monday to Saturday.

Shipping costs:

Shipping is free. We cover shipping costs for every order in the United states of America. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is also no minimum order amount required.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is clear that there is no genuine issue with the item and it clearly matches the description on the product page. In such cases, we usually resolve return requests by exchanging for another item. Please contact us before placing your order if returns are crucial for you, so we can ensure this is possible.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations You can cancel your order only within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders move into processing, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also reserve the right to partially or not refund an order if it relates to sizing issues and the customer has not contacted us to confirm the correct sizing. We work with various suppliers, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the purchased size fits. This is also to prevent unnecessary overconsumption/environmental impact in fashion, where people buy without checking sizes and without the intent to keep the product.

This also applies to fashion items where the customer has not contacted us for specific product images. We take environmental responsibility seriously and do not want to contribute to an industry where excessive returns are the norm. We encourage you to reach out to us for assistance with sizing and detailed product images.

We do not offer returns for custom orders or items that do not meet specific size requirements (please check the size before purchasing or contact us at contact@voguenna.com). Most lamps also fall into this category, as they are costly to transport and are often made upon order. If you have any questions about the return policy for a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
